We encourage our members to participate in local programs for habitat preservation and renewal, and regularly cooperate with Washington Audubon and the National Audubon Society in promoting their environmental programs. Grays Harbor Audubon Society is a sponsor of the Shorebird Festival, and our members spend many hours volunteering in organizing that festival, and many other programs such as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Grays Harbor National Wildlife Refuge, organizing and leading Educational Programs with local school districts, and participating in other local festivals.
